Further to our Client Update 24 dated 10 January 2020 Clause 2 which read: “Stand owners who have paid at least 75% of account obligations may occupy stands by 31 January 2020 once installation of concrete pegs has been completed and bulk sewer connection has been made…….” We hereby clarify that such stand owners may have building materials delivered onto their stands. However actual construction activities may begin from 28 February 2020 after completion of Sewer Discharge and water supply connections.
